Westfield is practically on the doorstep, while the property itself feels away from the bustle. Hammersmith Park is a nice bonus when the weather’s good, and Shepherd’s Bush Market station is about a five-minute walk away, so the transport links are useful too. The place was clean, the room had what I needed, and the host was friendly and easy to contact. Good value, with no complaints from me. I’d stay again at the right price.

The apartment felt welcoming and was clean and comfortable. The host was kind, attentive, and always available, and everything went smoothly. It’s become my favourite Airbnb in London. I’ll definitely come back without hesitation, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Getting around was easy. Shepherd Bush Market station is a six-minute walk, with Tesco across from it and a bus stop a minute away. White City Station is about eight minutes on foot, going through the park, though the park gate closes at night so you can’t use that route back to the apartment. My little one loved running around in the park and using the playground. There’s also an Express Supermarket nearby, and Westfield is less than a 20-minute walk away. Moshen was very kind and helpful, and replied quickly. Self check-in was seamless and stress-free. The room was spacious even with the sofabed, and exceptionally clean. It had a fully equipped kitchenette, hair dryer, and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor were available from 9am to 9pm. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. There’s no lift, so be ready to carry your bags up, and there’s no TV.

The location made getting around London effortless. Shepherd’s Bush Market station on the Circle Line, the yellow line, is just steps away. I also enjoyed the open outdoor space between the second and third floors. It was a lovely, unexpected place to take a quiet break. I stayed seven nights at Starnest in Shepherd's Bush, and the apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It stayed warm and cozy, and I especially liked the modern wood-like floor instead of carpet, which is good for allergies and cleanliness. The Wi-Fi was excellent too. A flawless stay for me, 5/5.

The host was quick to reply, friendly, and very helpful, going out of their way to make my stay go well. Check-in was easy, and the apartment was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed. It felt comfortable and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Shepherd’s Bush station, Westfield Shopping Centre, and plenty of restaurants are a short walk away, which made exploring London convenient. Even so, it was quiet and peaceful at night. I had an amazing stay at StarNest Shepherd’s Bush and would definitely come back.
