The staff made a real difference. Every one of them was friendly, neat, smiling, and personable, and they went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Dominica, especially, made me feel like I belonged in your country, not just like a visitor. The apartment was exactly right for us, clean, neat, and organized. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which was very good and relaxing, and the laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. This was the best place we’ve ever stayed for hospitality. Thank you!

They upgraded my studio to a one-bedroom suite, and the spacious room was comfortable. The location is wonderful, right across from the brand new Elizabeth line. I’d been travelling for a month and was exhausted, so they let me check out late. Monica was warm and friendly at check-in, and when I told her how tired I was at check-out, she brought me coffee and biscuits. She also replied very promptly on what’s app when I asked about a late checkout. I had a great stay, thank you.

We added the full breakfast for one morning, and the young woman in the restaurant kindly explained what was on offer and how to use the coffee machine. She was so warm and friendly, it made us feel at home. The hotel was clean and made an effort to limit waste. We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff were helpful throughout.

Getting into central London was easy from the tube stop right across the road, and Heathrow was only a short trip away. There were also small shops and takeaway places nearby. Our apartment was clean and had the basics we needed to cook. The lobby and lounge looked modern and distinctive, and both were very clean. Staff and customer service were impeccable. It was a great experience, and I’d recommend staying here.
