The staff were really nice, and when we couldn't figure out the stove on our second day, the woman at reception helped us quickly. Our room was practical, roomy enough, and very quiet. There's a supermarket just a few steps away, with a bus stop not far off that made getting to the main attractions easy. We also liked being able to walk around at night, since the area has lots of restaurants and stays lively late. We really enjoyed our stay here, even though it was a long time ago and I forgot to leave a review then.

It was cheap and the place was very clean and tidy, in a good location. But it was hard to sleep: the room was noisy, as if the window were open, though I checked and it wasn't. The curtains didn't cover the windows properly either, so I was glad I'd brought an eye mask and headphones. The WiFi wasn't very fast.

The room was very small, but clean and had everything we needed. There's an elevator and a front desk. The area is lively, with plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and a grocery store right next door. The metro is only about a block away.

Yaseen and the reception team handled a tricky booking so smoothly that it seemed effortless. We reserved around 25 rooms over two nights in November for trustees, commissioners, and staff attending a corporate event, with plenty of changes, including last minute additions and cancellations. Yaseen was professional and helpful throughout. The rooms were clean and spacious, many with good kitchen facilities, and the location worked well for transport and a range of interesting restaurants. It was excellent value. We'd highly recommend it and definitely come back for work or personal events.

The mattress and pillows were very soft. My basic room's blinds didn't block all the light, and I unplugged the fridge because it was making noise. Still, it was fine for one night if you're not planning to spend much time in the room.
