There are lots of shops nearby and a bus stop, so the location is great. Staff are kind and happy to help, and the upper floor rooms have lovely views and a decent amount of space.

The neighborhood has a lively feel, and there are several grocery stores and cafes nearby. The staff have been extremely supportive and helpful.

For up to 2,000 pounds a month, a 12msq room is a joke. If it were 200-300 pounds per month, this might be acceptable, but at that price it feels like real exploitation of students. There’s no air conditioning, and the insulation is so bad the room turns into an oven in spring and summer. The elevator was out for more than three weeks, and vomit on the stairs was left uncleaned for days. A really bad experience, especially considering the cost.

I’m normally skeptical of reviews because places often don’t live up to the hype, but Will Wyatt Court iQ is a fantastic student accommodation. They’re quick to deal with maintenance problems in your room or kitchen, and they’re happy to help if you need to print documents. The team and security are always on hand when something comes up and do their best to support everyone’s wellbeing. Suresh, Vaishnavi, Amy, Martin and Oliver are all friendly, welcoming and sincere, which makes living here comfortable and easygoing. They also regularly put on social events for students, from Ramen Nights and Diwali celebrations to smoothie tasting.
