They took my money and didn’t provide the service. I couldn’t get through by phone, and when someone did answer, they hung up. This is a scam. Don’t book this hotel.

The bus stop right outside the house was the only positive. It wasn’t in the center, and we spent the whole time unsure whether to leave straight away. The place looked like the Mulino Bianco house in the photos, but was extremely dirty and damaged in person, and the doors wouldn’t lock. Definitely not suitable for a family with children. The owner was nowhere to be found. At midnight one night, the front door was locked and two families were left outside, with four children in the street, including one with a fever. The owner didn’t answer for the rest of the holiday. We tried going to another hotel at midnight but had no luck, and our phones were dead after spending the day in London. There was no support. After a letter sent by the lawyer, Booking.com was the only one to give us a refund. Not even worth staying for free. The police were commendable and truly helpful.

We booked a stay from Thursday to Sunday for the Champions League final, planning to explore the city beforehand. Just a few hours later, the operator moved our booking to the following week.
