The staff were friendly and helpful, and showed us around the apartment and to our parking space instead of just giving us a bay number. The place was very clean and tidy, with everything you might need for a short or long stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and the cleaning products to go with them. A fantastic place to stay in the big city. You won’t be disappointed.

Getting around was faultless, and it was close to the Thames, sights, and amenities. Perfect for sightseeing. Couldn’t have asked for better, and I’ll visit again. Highly recommended.

There’s good space and decent privacy from the rooms opposite. Parking is convenient, though you do have to pay for it. The lift makes it easy to get to and from the parking.

I repaired the clocks at the reception desks. What a magnificent building, and the desks were beautiful, they look like burr walnut. 😎 xx
