TDM Bachelot Lettings Ltd

I ended up leaving before completing my three-night stay and booking another apartment because the service and conditions at TDM Bachelot Letting were so poor. The room was small, the floor was messy, and guests weren't allowed out after 11pm. At the front door, the owner asked me to take off my shoes while she kept hers on. I found that embarrassing. She then left me waiting in the corridor for a long time and took my IDs upstairs to check and photocopy them, which made me uncomfortable. I was given only one key for a door with two locks. As a result, I was locked out in the cold from 5pm to 9pm, and the owner refused to answer her calls. Over the two nights, I called more than 20 times, including at check-in and while locked out. When I complained, she said to contact her by email but hadn't given me an email address. I wasn't allowed to use the cooker, washing machine, or iron unless I paid her, and she told me to go elsewhere for those services. She also wouldn't let a friend visit, saying I could only meet them outside the building. I left my sponge in the bathroom to dry, then found it on the floor by my room door when I returned. That was really worrying.
