The location worked perfectly for us, with Chelsea ground and Fulham Broadway tube a short walk away. We stayed in a super room, which was spacious, comfortable, spotless and very quiet. Favour checked us in and was really helpful, and the staff were friendly. We skipped the takeaway breakfast since there are loads of cafes and shops open early nearby. You can also arrange early check-in for a reasonable price. We’d definitely come back.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was up to standard. The other staff at Travelodge Fulham were kind and very helpful, and there’s a basic takeaway breakfast. I’d have rated the hotel five stars if I hadn’t had such a bad experience with Manager Kim. I found her extremely rude and unprofessional. She shouted at me and told me very bad lies directly and about me. I don’t think she should be a manager and feel she should be sacked. The rating here could improve if someone new took charge. Disappointed and disgusted.

My room was set up for four people, so there was hardly any space to move around. The lift floor was wet, and it was so dark it felt like a tomb. There’s no air conditioning, and the room was uncomfortably hot. I’m heading out to look for another hotel, and there’s an IBIS nearby. This is a disaster. I’ve never stayed at a Travelodge without a restaurant or bar, but this one has neither. The breakfast box had nothing suitable for a diabetic. Reception said I should have told them in advance, but I didn’t expect this since I’ve never stayed at a TL without a restaurant. Poor experience.

There’s plenty to do nearby, with shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs easy to reach. It’s a simple walk to West Kensington, West Brompton or Fulham Broadway tubes, and the buses make central London accessible too. Friendly staff. The location is great for Chelsea games, though the price jumps dramatically when they’re playing at home.

Miss Felisha Robinson made the stay especially good. She was polite, friendly, respectful and professional, and went out of her way to make sure things were right. I felt welcome, but she also respected my privacy, which I appreciated. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained, so the visit was pleasant throughout. I’d recommend Travelodge Fulham and would gladly stay again.
