The Bentley London

Radhal and Rinkal, please forgive me if I’ve got your names wrong, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for better. Our room was lovely, with a huge comfortable bed. The decor was a little dated, but it didn’t bother us since we were there to explore London. The hotel has a sense of grandeur and charm. Breakfast and coffee were just what we needed after a busy day in Chelsea. It’s in a great part of London, with plenty within walking distance, and we enjoyed exploring on foot. A wonderful stay, thank you!

The location was just right, close enough to major attractions while still feeling peaceful. Service had a luxurious touch throughout. The rooms at The Bentley Hotel were spotless and beautifully kept from the moment I arrived. Housekeeping was outstanding too, with fresh towels left each day without me needing to ask. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

The spa downstairs was excellent, and if you enjoy a hamam or massage, it’s well worth visiting. The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from a tube station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very good, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. A few things need some attention to keep the place up to standard: the shower control was broken, the spa bath jets sent lots of bits around the bath and needed cleaning, and the cold water pressure was poor.

The welcome was lovely, and the entrance hall is beautiful. The afternoon tea itself was pretty average for the price, especially compared with better ones I’ve had for less in central London. My latte arrived cold and watered down, which wasn’t a great start. The sandwiches were okay and the cakes were nice. They handled my nut allergy effortlessly. Service was very polite, but tailed off as our visit went on. We enjoyed ourselves, just didn’t feel it was worth what we paid.
