The room had loads of space, a big bathroom, and a really comfortable bed. Staff were friendly, and the neighbourhood is great, with a supermarket just across the square and easy connections to get around. London Bridge Station should be a quick walk for most people. I found the tube a bit far myself, but I'm pretty lazy! It's a lovely central hotel and I'd happily come back.

We arrived in London in the middle of the night after being scammed by Airbnb, and the hotel staff immediately understood how shaken we were. They found us a room that suited us perfectly and took care of all the little details. The rooms were lovely and clean, breakfast was tasty, and everyone we met was so kind. It was also a great base near tourist sights with good public transport links. We felt at home and would stay here again next time we're in London. 😍
The staff were lovely and helpful, but I wouldn't return for the price. The hot tub was the main draw of the Lucy suite, and it was freezing the whole time, which was a real letdown. The room itself was nice and the bed comfortable, though the TV can only be watched from the small sofa, not from bed. I also found the hallway's strong red lighting eerie. Breakfast was disappointing too: no pork, only chicken bacon and chicken sausage, dry gluten-free rolls, and not much choice. Better to eat elsewhere.
We were there the night before the London marathon, and the location worked perfectly, just a short distance from London bridge station. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed. Booking direct included breakfast, with a buffet and plenty of options. The staff were really helpful as well. I'd stay again when I need somewhere in central London.
Breakfast normally begins at 7am, but I was fasting and asked whether I could get something earlier. The team made up a takeaway bag with fruit, yoghurt, croissants, and water, then brought it to my room at 5am exactly as requested. The staff member even said to ask if I needed anything else. That thoughtful service made the stay much easier, and I really appreciated it. My room at Bermondsey Hotel was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the WiFi worked reliably throughout. Highly recommend.
