The room was spotless and the bed really comfortable. At the hotel reception, the Venezuelan lady was super professional and clearly explained the services. Andreas and another lady looked after us at lunch, and both were attentive and professional. We came for an anniversary day stay, and everything was really good. Highly recommend.

We booked the Bromley Court Hotel on the day for an overnight stay, and the online booking was easy, with detailed room descriptions. Online check-in helped speed things up at reception, where Lily was friendly and informative. Our spacious deluxe doubleroom overlooked the garden areas, and the bed and bedlinen were very comfortable and good quality. We arrived late and ate at the hotel restaurant, where the food was a pleasant surprise, well cooked and beautifully presented. Alex the waiter was attentive and the service was fantastic. We’ll definitely stay again, highly recommend.

Breakfast was fab, especially the perfect poached eggs. I slept so well in the lovely bed, and the spacious room had everything I needed, with a hot shower and a very clean, comfortable feel. The staff were brilliant and the atmosphere welcoming. I had a lovely two-night business stay.

The garden is beautiful, a perfect place to relax with a beer or coffee. This was our second visit to Bromley Court Hotel, and my wife and I came for a quiet short break with good food and drink. The hotel delivered: clean, beautiful rooms, amazing staff, and produce quality that’s second to none. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. See you again soon 😊

We spent a month here with our three children after a fire damaged our home. The staff were absolutely amazing, breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and beautifully maintained. Without a doubt, the best hotel in Bromley. Thank you for everything!
