The Connaught Suite in London

We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back to The Connaught. The place feels elegant throughout, from the entrance and rooms to the bar, with a real sense of quality. Food and drinks were just as impressive. Right from arrival, we felt welcome. Service was attentive and highly professional, while still feeling warm and personal.

I’ve always found the service impeccable, especially from Ilyas, who’s stationed around the gentlemen’s. Today I decided to write about it because I saw how well he treated everyone who came by, not just me. A few people even said, “this service is unbelievable. Well done.”

The staff made our five nights at the Connaught feel special, looking after our big family at breakfast, arranging taxis each morning, and keeping the rooms stocked with fruit and water. Everyone we met, from the desk assistants and servers to the cleaners and doormen, was friendly and professional. The rooms were beautiful, the food incredible, and the high tea is exceptional too. It’s the best hotel experience I’ve had. Thank you all for making our time in London so lovely.

Sigrid took care of us from beginning to end and helped plan the perfect proposal. We had such a beautiful weekend at the connaught, with the staff being exceptionally welcoming throughout. Wow, what an experience. Thank you so much to the connaught.
