Paul, who runs the door, is still there, and my wife and I really enjoy his company and conversations. The hotel has a fresh new look, and he’s the face of The Dilly. We love staying here for the service and the location near everything. It’s our only home when we visit London. Breakfast is worth the price, with great quality and personal service. I also enjoyed evening drinks in the piano bar downstairs. It’s dark, quiet, and very romantic. A hidden gem in London.

We only spent one night, but it was lovely. The hotel looks beautiful, and the staff were excellent and always on top of things. Since it was my birthday, they decorated the bed and mirror and left us some complimentary treats. I’d definitely come again!

The birthday decorations on the bed and the little touches were so lovely. Our room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast out on the terrace was beautiful, with fresh croissants, assorted hot food, and cereals. The staff were friendly and polite, even when we got back at 3:30am after celebrating. It was a fantastic stay. Thank you, we’ll definitely book again ❤️

The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and very supportive of disabled guests. My service dog was welcomed, which made the stay wonderful. The Dilly is right in the heart of Picadilly Circus, just a short stroll from the underground. The hotel is in the middle of renovations, but my room was nicely decorated, warm, welcoming, and relatively clean. There was a stain on the carpet, though I can excuse that since they welcome dogs. I look forward to going back once the renovation is finished.

The location is perfect, and the room is quite large for a London hotel. The first night was miserable because it was very hot and I couldn’t open the window. You also can’t switch off the bathroom towel rail. They moved me to another room that wasn’t as hot, and the window there opened a little, though the towel rail still couldn’t be turned off. The staff were understanding enough. It wasn’t a bad stay, and the place is okay if you’re visiting London.
