The Dome Kings Cross

I had an amazing week there and would book one of their rooms again next time I'm in London. The staff were great, very organised, and replied to my emails straight away. There isn't a reception, but they send clear instructions for getting in and enjoying your stay. The bathroom was cleaned daily, and the room about two or three times a week. The price was very good, and the location was even better, right in central London and about five minutes on foot from King's Cross Station. Nearby, Nisa Local is a good-value supermarket, and they let you leave luggage there if your flight is many hours after checkout. I only had two concerns. The walls between rooms are thin partitions, so you can hear sounds from other rooms, which was sometimes annoying. Also, the bathroom foam should be replaced with soap, since it doesn't clean anything. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The price and location were the only reasons I booked here. The room was tiny, the shared bathroom wasn't pleasant, and the bed was far too small for two people. Management tried to clear the slow shower drain, but it still backed up. London accommodation is expensive, but knowing what I know now, I'd have stayed somewhere else.

It took a while for the small wall heater to warm the room, but once it did, it was nice and toasty. The room was very clean, with an amazingly comfy bed, warm duvet, modern furniture and a modern shower room. The bathroom was shared, though I didn't run into anyone. Getting in was easy with the door code and key drop boxes, and the customer service was great. I stayed here because it was closest to my work in Euston. At £98 for a double, it's not cheap for what you get, but it's perfectly fine. I'd definitely come back. It was also less than half the price of anywhere else nearby, including Travelodge and Premier Inn.

We came from Paris for a London weekend, and this small, pleasant apartment near St-Pancras station was really convenient. It was well located and reasonably priced. We'd happily stay again if we get the chance.
