The characterful hotel, helpful reception staff and varied breakfast made for a lovely stay. We also got a nice welcome drink, and the metro station for central London is just a two-minute walk away. I'd initially looked for a hotel on Booking.com, but decided it made more sense to book directly with Drayton Court. My January booking couldn't go ahead due to circumstances, but rescheduling it for the following month was effortless. I agree with Booking.com's high score of 9.3, and I think it could be even higher. We definitely recommend the hotel and will return if we stay in London again.

The thing that stood out most was the staff, especially Malwina. They were so friendly and helpful, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic and fresh every morning. The location was superb, with great facilities and a beer garden, and the main transport connections were easy to reach. Even if I had to travel every day to get to the places I wanted to visit, I'd choose this hotel again. Everything was great, and it gave me the kind of stay you're looking for but rarely get.

Helena and Carly made the whole run-up to our wedding easy. They were responsive, accommodating and incredibly helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed and that everything went perfectly on the day. We had our ceremony at the end of May, followed by a hog roast and a party. The roast was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were spot on, with great wines, cocktail kilners and our own bespoke choice. The hotel rooms were lovely and exceeded expectations, and breakfast was excellent. It was a truly wonderful experience and a perfect city wedding venue with great transport links.

The ballroom was a fantastic space for my 40th birthday, and everything at Drayton Court Pub was organised smoothly from beginning to end. That meant I could relax and enjoy the evening with my guests. The staff were friendly, attentive and ready to help throughout. Harry, the manager, deserves a special mention for going above and beyond. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate us made a real difference. I'd highly recommend Drayton Court for a special occasion.

The staff were warm, attentive and happy to help however they could. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the underground was easy to reach from this perfect location. I was travelling alone with a toddler for the first time and felt very welcome. They even put baby products in the room and gave us a kids' activity pack. We had lunch and breakfast there, and both were cooked perfectly. The food was incredible, and even the baby finished every bite.
