The Hari made our London visit for ABBA Voyage feel special from the moment we arrived. The team had left personalised ABBA cookies in our room, a lovely detail. Service was warm, attentive and professional throughout. We had dinner and breakfast, both flawless in taste and presentation. The Hari Bar felt sophisticated and decadent, a beautiful place to unwind. The hotel itself is lovely, with a luxurious but inviting feel and carefully considered design throughout. It’s peaceful but well connected. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return.

Dinner was exquisite, with dishes that melted in our mouths. Valerio looked after us with warmth and professionalism, and later at the bar Vittorio, sociable and friendly, introduced us to some amazing signature cocktails. Angelica welcomed us to The Hari and made us feel at ease right away. She was professional, friendly and clearly dedicated to making guests feel pampered. Our room had wonderfully personal surprises, including a cookie printed with a photo of me and my husband. That kind of care and attention feels rare these days. It was an unforgettable, relaxing stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to be pampered.

Everyone on staff was lovely and friendly, and made the stay feel personal. The Hari is a great base for London, with Chelsea and Belgravia’s lovely streets an easy walk away. We’d definitely stay again.

The room was prepared as requested, and the evening front desk staff were welcoming and attentive. The location is good, and there are dedicated staff members. Even so, we won’t be back. For us, integrity in service matters most, and this experience felt dishonest. My sister and I stayed for two nights in the third week of February 2026. On our first night we ordered four items from the room service menu. The food was okay and edible, but nothing special. The bill was the real problem: everything except the water was charged above the menu price. I’m careful with figures, so I checked and confirmed the overcharges. When I asked the front desk, they corrected the bill straight away. I was still unhappy and raised it with management when we checked out. The hotel reduced some amount from our bill and apologised unreservedly. Thank you for doing that, but quality control is crucial in a five-star hotel. Whether to stay depends on what you value on your trip.
