The Hide London

Staff were polite, friendly and helpful, and the free Wi-Fi worked reliably. The hotel is modern and nicely decorated, and although the room was a bit small, it felt just right. It had a fridge and a safe, and parking was free. Hendon Central tube station is only a two-minute walk away. Breakfast is continental only. My one suggestion would be to update the TVs and make the HDMI ports easier to access.

We had a wonderful three-night stay with our little girl. The team made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout. Amar gave us a warm greeting, Hannah played with our daughter at breakfast, and Ben found me a quiet place to study. Thanks as well to the other staff whose names I can’t remember. We really appreciated the hospitality and highly recommend the place.

We were in town as a large group for a family wedding, and the staff did their best to make us comfortable. Arlene and Amar were especially friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Hide London feels like a luxury boutique hotel, and the location is handy with public transport close by. There was plenty of free off-road parking, which was a real plus. A couple of our rooms had shower-room leaks that disturbed guests at night. Both shower heads also ran at the same time, which seems like a plumbing problem that could be fixed. I’d recommend the hotel and may stay again.

We visited the Hide in April 2026. Amar made us feel very welcome at breakfast and was attentive to what we might want. There was a good choice of breakfast items, and reception had some lovely chocolates. Our room was very clean, with an excellent shower, and we slept well. The car park was a little tight, but we had an excellent stay overall. The service was friendly from the start.
