The Hoxton Shepherds Bush

The reception team made us feel welcome, and Twinkle was especially sweet with our baby. She was always smiling and caring, which we really appreciated as parents. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the service. A special thank you to Abdell, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention made us feel at home from the start. His warm welcome and genuine care made a real difference. He’s a real asset to the hotel. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant, and we’d happily recommend the hotel and come back.

Really good value, and it covers all the basics without being pretentious. If you don’t want the 30m schlep into central London, there are some lovely places to eat close to the Green. You also get £7 vouchers for each night you skip room cleaning, enough to add up to a nice cocktail in the atrium.

We couldn’t face another night with the music from the hotel bar keeping us awake past midnight, so we went to reception the next morning to ask what could be done. Twinkle Shrushti was very polite and upgraded us to a room in a different part of the hotel, without us even having to ask. We had a great view and slept really well. That level of customer service is why we’ll come back. I’d recommend it.

The staff really lifted the whole stay. Everyone I met was courteous, attentive, and keen to help, from giving local recommendations to making sure things went smoothly. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with thoughtful details, modern, well-kept amenities, and a beautifully designed feel. The bed was especially comfortable, so I slept very well. From the warm, professional welcome when I arrived onward, it was a memorable stay at Dorsett Hotel.
