We had such a lovely visit to the hotel on Saturday, 29 November. My partner and I booked the Festive Afternoon Tea, and the Christmas atmosphere was lovely. There was a great choice of treats, so we could both find things we liked, plus unlimited tea and coffee. Everything looked beautiful and tasted delicious. The staff were friendly, kind and attentive to every detail. We felt like VIPs throughout. We'd happily recommend the hotel and restaurant for a festive afternoon tea close to home, without having to travel all the way to London. It's a nice place to relax and feel at home, with wonderful staff. The only downside was that the electric charging points weren't working. Since we're local it wasn't a big issue, but if you're travelling farther, make sure you have enough charge for the return trip.

We’ve had lunch at The Landing Restaurant twice recently, and both times the food was excellent and service exemplary. We sat in the lounge area on each visit because we had a baby with us and it was easier to set up the high chair there. A special thank you to Bev, who helped us on our second visit and kindly gave our infant a souvenir Biggin Hill Teddy. Thank you!

We went for dinner to celebrate our grandson's 20th birthday. It was a lovely place to eat, with great food and service that was professional, efficient and friendly.

The airfield view is impressive, and the atmosphere feels relaxed while still being sophisticated. It's a fantastic place for work meetings and lunch. The staff are friendly, and the food was delicious, nicely presented and thoroughly enjoyable. It's now one of my favourite local spots.

We had a lovely cream tea here, with light planes and jets taking off and landing in view. It was absolutely delicious, and the service was great. I'd definitely recommend it and look forward to trying the restaurant.
