The grounds made for a really relaxing stay, with lovely riverside scenery, leisure facilities, and walking areas. It felt peaceful but still lively and welcoming. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Part of the grounds was being repaired, but the team let us know well ahead and handled expectations professionally. My wife and I especially appreciated the people. Every staff member we met was welcoming, respectful, and seemed genuinely keen to make our visit special. William checked us in, if I've got his name right, and was thoughtful and resourceful from the start. He went out of his way to make it memorable for us, and you could tell he cared. At the restaurant, Saaed, Gabriel, and another lovely staff member whose name I unfortunately can't remember, Zu...a? were all warm and attentive. She was so good with our baby. The service felt personal without being too much, and we loved the dessert. We left feeling relaxed and looked after, and we're already talking about returning to The Lensbury.

They were so understanding when I had to change our dates because of unforeseen circumstances. For my partner's birthday, they left a lovely handwritten note and complimentary drinks, then upgraded our room when they saw she was pregnant so she'd be comfortable. That made our weekend. The staff were all friendly, breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed walking on the grounds by the river. I recommend the place and will happily come back.

We came for the spa as part of a big birthday celebration. The grounds were lovely, and we got to use the pool and sauna. Ellie gave me an aromatherapy massage and facial, both were 10/10, and I'd absolutely recommend them. The cocktails were lovely too. The food was just okay, the only part that fell a little short.

We stayed one night on 26th Feb 26, for my wife's birthday. Reception had left a lovely note and a drink in the room, a really nice touch. The front of house team couldn't have been kinder. We'll definitely come back for the quality of service alone.

Jodie gave me a really relaxing spa treatment and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend the relaxation massage. It was my first stay at the Lensbury, and every staff member I met was helpful and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
