The Old Street Luxury Apartment

Ely and Daria made the hotel feel so welcoming and relaxed. Ely was especially warm and attentive, and went out of her way to make sure things were right. She clearly cares about how guests are treated. Daria was friendly, helpful and professional too. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. I had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

I didn’t stay overnight. I used Stasher, the website or app where you can leave your things at a nearby place for a small fee and collect them later that day. It was my first time using it, and the guy there was great. He even explained which option to choose. I find Premier Inn safer and better than other places in London, and it stays open late, which was perfect.

My wife’s surgery at Moorfields kept being delayed, so we ended up staying here unexpectedly for three nights. We were very stressed, but the staff helped us feel at ease and were always there when we needed them. They sorted out a late checkout, stored our bags, and arranged for us to have our old room on the last night, even though we’d checked out six hours earlier. At dinner they treated us sympathetically. Nothing was too much trouble. Elly, Naim and Daria deserve a big thank you for making a dreadful situation easier to bear without adding stress. We can’t express how much their help meant.

The reception team were friendly and helpful, especially with storing our luggage before check-in and after checkout. We spent two nights here for a London weekend and were glad we chose it. Old Street tube station is nearby, which made it easy to get to central London and Stratford. The rooms are standard Premier Inn, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat there, though the restaurant and bar looked a decent size. We’d gladly stay again.
