The staff were great and really helpful, and the location is excellent, literally three minutes on foot from Paddington Station. The rooms were clean, at least, but tiny. The “bathrooms” were ridiculously small. At 186cm, I kept bumping into things. We only stayed briefly and spent no more time in the room than necessary. The included breakfast disappointed us, and we skipped it on the second day. For a short trip with up to two people in a room, I’d recommend it, but tall people should be aware.

It was a big help being so close to Paddington Station, and the staff were helpful. We appreciated the free breakfast too. The beds were harder than a rock, though, and the room amenities left something to be desired.

For what we paid, the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was great, and the woman serving it was really kind. Our room was a bit small, though less cramped than it looked in the photos. The £100 deposit they took at check-in still hasn’t come back, and I’m not sure what to do. I hope the friendly receptionist can sort it out.

Great value, clean, and in a really convenient spot. It’s in one of London’s prettiest areas, close to several Underground stations, with lots of restaurants, shops, and parks nearby. You could easily stay close and enjoy the neighborhood. Parking seemed to have only two spaces, so book ahead. Our room was comfortable for two, with a nice big bed, room underneath for a suitcase, a small closet, two floating bedside tables, and a desk with a lit mirror. The en suite bathroom and shower were tiny, but I appreciated having them. There’s no lift to the upper floors, so heavy bags could be a struggle without help or upper body strength. I’d definitely book again.
