It’s about an 8-10 minute walk from Euston station, and for a decent price it’s a handy place to sleep. Our triple room was small but adequate for a night, and big enough for two. I wouldn’t have wanted a third person in it. The bed was comfortable and clean, there were tea and coffee making facilities, and fresh towels came daily. The shower was very good, though there was nowhere to put soap bags. We didn’t hear much noise from outside. The TV was difficult to get working and the sound was awful. Breakfast costs extra, despite what some reviews might say. There’s a paid continental option, or you can head to Euston station, where a Wetherspoons opens at 8am.

A clean, cosy place at a very reasonable price, handy for city breaks and getting into Central London. The rooms mix modern and traditional style tastefully. I liked the powerful hot shower, impressive air conditioning, and Netflix at no extra charge. Staff were consistently warm and courteous without being intrusive. I’d definitely stay again if I return to see the landmarks.

I found this hotel on GoogleMaps, and it turned out to be a good choice in London. The staff were really kind, and the room was clean with a modern design, though small. I didn’t try breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. The location is convenient for Kings Kross (London St Pancras Station), the Luton express train stop from Luton Airport, and it’s between underground Euston and Camden Town. In my opinion it was good value, with room rates lower than nearby hotels.

The rooms were ok and the location was great, but the staff, especially the female receptionist, left me so upset that I’ll never return. I visit London often for work and pleasure and have stayed in many hotels, but I felt judged as soon as I arrived. She made me feel like I was beneath her, spoke at me instead of to me, and treated me as though I’d done something wrong or were a criminal. She pulled out lots of paperwork and insisted I sign everything, demanded ID, and even had me sign my receipt. I photographed everything she asked me to sign. She spoke to colleagues in their language, and her tone made it clear to me that she was talking about me. While I searched for my reading glasses, she waited impatiently and kept pointing loudly at the paperwork, saying, 'sign there!!!!' I raised my voice and said, 'yes, I know!! I just need my glasses!!' She was pure venom. Her appalling attitude and clear dislike made me not want to stay, but it was too late to change hotels. She probably has no idea, or doesn’t care, how deeply she upset me and my son. I should also have expected a bad time when the hotel emailed to say my card had been declined, even though my bank said otherwise.
