The Park Tower Knightsbridge, A Luxury Collection Hotel

The property is an older building, and some of the facilities show their age, though it's well maintained and still has the refined feel you'd expect from a Luxury Collection hotel. It was clean overall, but the suite could use more tableware. We appreciated being welcomed as Marriott elite members and upgraded to the room type we wanted. Check-in was smooth. Lokesh was warm and professional, and another woman at the front desk mentioned she spoke a little Mandarin. The doormen were attentive and friendly, especially Edward, who looked after us throughout our stay. Turndown was thoughtful and well done. Jenish, who responded with this, even remembered my name, which surprised me. Many thanks to the reservations team and concierge for their professionalism and hospitality. We'd be happy to come back.

Sid's friendliness and genuine care really stood out. He was professional and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The upgrade was a lovely surprise, and the suite exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay at the Park Nightbridge Hotel in London. It's in a great area, so close to Chelsea, and the staff made the experience. I'd gladly return.

The staff made my husband and me feel at home. Everyone we met was courteous and respectful, with service that felt thoughtful and sincere rather than stiff. It made everything easy and comfortable. We had a clean, well-kept king room on the 8th floor, with a lovely view of Chelsea. The bed was excellent after a long day in the city. The bathroom was very nice, with a tub, separate shower and a shattaf. You can tell the staff care about the little details. We settled in quickly and felt cared for. The room exceeded our expectations, and we never had to worry about things going wrong. My stay at the The Park Tower Knightsbridge was genuinely excellent. I'd happily stay again.

The hotel was good in general, but the air conditioning didn't work at all while I was there. Staff tried to repair it, though I think the problem may be with the building rather than my room. What disappointed me was that they didn't offer even a temporary fix, such as fans. At a five-star hotel, I expected more attention to guest comfort and better handling of this sort of problem. For what I paid, the experience wasn't worth it.
