The website says luggage storage is available, but when I asked, I was told there wasn't any in the building. They suggested paying to leave my bag at a nearby off-license instead. That's very different from what the site advertises. Staff weren't very friendly either, and they turned down my polite request for just a 30-minute late checkout, even though I'd already been flexible about changing rooms. I'd booked a superior room, but on arrival it was clear I'd been put in a basement room outside the main building, and it was hard to find. There was condensation on the walls, visible mold and a couple of dusty glasses. Cleanliness and condition were far below what I expected. The whole experience was disappointing and misleading, and didn't match what I paid for.

We spent 9 nights as a family in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. It made a great base for getting around London, in a quiet spot without tourist traffic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and several convenience stores. The place was clean and comfortable, and though there was no staff onsite, they responded on WhatsApp. Just note there's no AC or lift.

The main reason I'd give 4 rather than 5 stars was the temporary trouble with the central heating and renovations happening on the ground floor. Still, the apartment worked really well as a home base for our family holiday and London sightseeing, with the Pimlico/Victoria tube nearby. We stayed 5 days/4 nights. The beds were great, and the showers, living room and kitchen were clean. I'd recommend it to other families.

I haven't stayed here yet, but Alanna has already impressed me with her kindness and professionalism. I made a huge mistake with our booking, and she was enormously helpful, going above and beyond to sort things out. I'd give her 6 stars if I could. Can't wait to stay.
