Manuela made us feel especially welcome, and the service throughout was excellent. We spent one night at The Resident Victoria in January 2026 and found the rooms compact but cleverly laid out, with everything we needed. Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and other central sights were easy to reach on foot. We had a great stay and would happily come back.

The team were so kind and helpful, always smiling and keen to make our stay memorable. The hotel is spotless, with a luxurious feel, and its central location makes getting around and reaching transport easy. A lovely place, and I’d gladly visit again and recommend it.

We’re already looking forward to visit number four. This was our third family stay at The Resident Victoria, and it still feels like our London home. Lawrence and Manuel deserve a special mention for being so helpful, and the whole team is warm and welcoming. The rooms have been spotless and comfortable every time, with everything we need. Being able to walk to so much, especially Buckingham Palace, makes sightseeing easy.

The rooms have everything you need, and the staff are genuinely friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the 6pm drinks in the foyer and got to chat with some lovely people. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Highly recommend.

On November 15th, my birthday, the staff had decorated my bed with balloons. Such a lovely surprise that really made my day. They were also kind and gave me great suggestions for places to see in London. The hotel is peaceful, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with easy public transport links and a straightforward trip into the city centre. I had a wonderful stay at The Resident Victoria and will return. Big thanks to everyone, especially Lawrence.
