What makes living at The Robinson with Quintain Living special is the people and the social events. The staff genuinely care, and you can feel that from day one. The apartment is good quality too, and the facilities like the Gym and Co-working spaces, along with the convenient location, are a real plus. Patricia and Kenneth deserve a special shoutout. They’re both friendly, professional and so helpful, making everyday interactions easy and pleasant. That warmth and consistency are rare. If you’re thinking about renting in London and care about the support you get as well as the place itself, The Robinson really sets the bar.

I came all the way from Bournemouth carrying a large suitcase for my son and was exhausted. I asked Patricia at the front desk if I could leave it there while I waited for him to arrive. She welcomed me so warmly, and I was very grateful. Patricia was friendly, professional and helpful from the moment I arrived. Her positive attitude and excellent service really stood out. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and making my visit so pleasant 🫶🏼🤩🙌✨

The Robinson East maintenance team is excellent. Jose Martinez was especially great today: I reported an issue yesterday, and he came by my apartment this morning and fixed it in minutes. I mentioned another problem that I hadn’t put in the app, and he sorted that out straight away too. Thanks for the friendly, professional service. I really appreciate it!

The whole staff helps make this a welcoming, safe, well-managed building, and the team’s hard work and professionalism really show. Gani especially stands out for being dedicated, positive and always willing to help. It’s an exceptional place with a truly outstanding team.

We had an unusual same-day check-out and check-in, which could easily have been stressful, but Ken handled it calmly and cheerfully and made the whole thing smooth and pleasant. He welcomed us with genuine kindness and made us feel looked after. His upbeat energy left a lasting impression. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and uplifting. Thank you, Ken, for all your support. Wishing you every happiness and success, and hoping you keep that wonderful energy!
