Torien deserves special thanks for going out of his way to make us comfortable. He was friendly, attentive, and proactive about helping me get the right uber. My son and I stayed at the Stratford Autograph Collection near Westfield Mall over the festive season, and the hospitality from the moment we arrived made the stay memorable. The dining room team were wonderful too. We spent Xmas day lunch with them and enjoyed the whole meal, from the delicious food to the warm, attentive service. Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved. We had a fantastic experience and felt valued as guests. Wishing the whole hotel team the best for 2026. We booked an Executive King Guest room for three nights and found it spacious, with a comfortable bed, good lighting, enough cosy chairs for two, and lovely smelling soaps and lotion. Daily service was great, and the hotel staff were warm professionals. The meals at the lounge caffe were a highlight, especially breakfast each day and lunch. The chef and team deserve credit. The residential-commercial area on London’s outskirts felt safe and international. The location worked perfectly for us, with the Stansted airport bus station nearby, shops, restaurants, groceries, and the DLR just steps away. Stratford underground was a short walk, putting central London within half an hour or less.

The Stratford was a good stay, and I’d come back if I’m in London again. Room service was tasty, and the downstairs restaurant was excellent. It’s an affordable option by London standards, with excellent transit connections into central London. There’s also a shopping center close by with plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop. Those conveniences make it worth it.

Nice hotel in a good location. The food was okay and service was good, but the rooms need better lighting, either more lamps or brighter ones. Quite a few bulbs were out around the hotel too.
