The White Hart Hotel

Free parking is another good reason to stay, and we’ve visited several times and will be back. The food is good and fairly priced, and on our latest visit staying guests got 20% off food and drinks. The bar is pleasant, as is the terrace at the front, though traffic noise reaches it too. The place is well positioned for exploring the area. Front-facing rooms are really nice, but the main road has the usual Kingston raceway problem, with all kinds of noisy vehicles sent along it. Those rooms are less quiet than the ones at the back.

What made our stay so memorable was how personally cared for we felt. Every member of staff was warm, kind, and attentive, and helped make our civil wedding celebration with our families feel even more special. My now husband and I stayed in the Anne Boleyn Suite, and the whole experience was magical. The White Hart has been beautifully refurbished, combining British pub charm with a modern, luxurious feel. Our room was stunning, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The food was excellent, and the location was ideal, within walking distance of Kingston. We wholeheartedly recommend The White Hart and can’t wait to return.

Reception and restaurant service were impeccable. Bethany and Tyler were such polite, fantastic hosts. The food was incredible and the drinks were cold. My partner and I had an excellent stay, with a really comfortable bed and an extremely cosy, welcoming room. The hotel is in a perfect spot, just across the bridge from Kingston. Highly recommend it!

Gary was attentive from the start and did everything he could to meet our needs and make our one-night stay memorable. The service was spot on, and breakfast was fresh and lush. Our room was clean and beautiful, with all the modern comforts, and had that home-away-from-home feeling. Thank Gary for making us feel special. When the simple things are done well, it makes all the difference. What an experience.
