Breakfast was lovely every morning, with really good quality food. The staff were friendly and especially attentive throughout, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The Windermere Hotel is small and very quiet, a good option if you've visited London before and want somewhere away from the busiest areas. It's close to the West End, convenient for a show, and easy to get around from there. The hotel and our room were spotless; the room was very comfortable and clearly well cared for. We'd happily stay again and recommend it.

A clean, well-organized hotel in a very central spot. The breakfast was more than enough, with good quality food and satisfying portions. Abdul was especially helpful and friendly, and made our stay more pleasant. I'd recommend the hotel and choose it again on my next visit to London.

The breakfast was superb, clean and tasty, and they got it out quickly when we told them we had a train to catch. For London, the price was excellent with breakfast included. The room was spotless, the cleanest I've stayed in for ages, and everything worked without any wear and tear. Staff were really accommodating too. Victoria was closer than the stated 12 minutes, it took us no more than 8 minutes to walk there. A friendly, comfortable place that still feels tucked away from too much noise. I'd recommend it.

The neighborhood was quiet, though the hotel isn't very central. Breakfast was delicious and much better than the usual continental spread, and I appreciated that they'd taken allergies into account. The service was great, they remembered our faces and room number. Our room was cold, and when we asked for a heater they couldn't provide one. There were also gaps in the room that felt like they could make you fall, and the rooms were small.

Nick and the staff made the stay feel easy and comfortable. The owner was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, and everyone at the hotel was lovely. We could walk to Buckingham Palace, with restaurants and entertainment nearby, and several bus and train stations are convenient too. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and quaint. A quiet, safe, central choice, especially for couples. Thanks, Nick and the team, for a wonderful visit. I'd happily recommend it.
