We got there early, but they stored our bags for free and gave us complimentary water bottles, so we could explore for a couple of hours before check-in. Inside, the hotel has a nice feel, with an atmospheric lounge, a clean breakfast area and a bar with solid drink deals. The rooms were small but comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Jemma helped us often, and her service was outstanding. She made the stay a pleasure. With cafes and pubs nearby, it’s a very convenient base. I’d definitely come back if I return to London.

The bathroom door is like a shower door, so it’s not great if you want privacy. Aside from that, it was very good for the price and I’d stay again. The hotel feels modern throughout, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and always happy to help. My boyfriend and I found the room a good fit for a short city break despite it being a bit small. The beds were comfy, and you can get free tea and coffee downstairs and take it up to your room.

The breakfast was cheaper than at a normal Premier Inn, with pretty much the same offering. The hotel is fully air-conditioned, which was helpful since my room had no opening window. I’d opted for a room with a window, but it was much smaller than I expected; two people would be cramped for more than a couple of nights. The room was basic, as expected, and reasonably close to Farringdon Station. It felt walkable on my own at night. Check-in was self-service, though staff were available if needed. The bed was made except for the duvet, which was rolled up for me to unroll. The cover had no buttons at the end and stuck out, revealing how dirty the duvet itself was, although the cover was clean. Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice. I’d stay again if I was in the area.

We stayed three nights and were really pleased with the hotel. It’s small-scale, which gives it a cozy, personal feel, and the rooms are clean. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, with a warm, pleasant atmosphere, and they took special care with a gluten allergy.

For an overnight work trip, this was exactly what I needed. The room was small, naturally, but just right for one, and the bed was large and very comfortable. Check-in was easy, with a staff member there to help with questions or any problems. Lifts serve the different floors, and you need your key card to use them. I was told there was free tea and coffee downstairs in the restaurant and bar area, though I didn’t check it out myself. Perfect for a short stay.
