We arrived and couldn't get in. They hadn't given us a code, and the one on the website didn't work. A neighbour said this had happened multiple times, with people unable to enter and having to book a hotel. Do not book this Airbnb, it was horrible.

I booked one night in June back in January. A few days before the stay, I couldn't reach them, and then Booking.com, where I made the reservation, told me the property had been taken down and they hadn't notified me. A scam!

It’s a scam! I spoke to the Oyo Service Hotline twice and ended up being told, “We can't accommodate you.” The number listed on Google wasn't available either. We had booked through booking, and their service hotline offered us a different hotel.

We paid £221 and got no refund. When we arrived, nobody was there to open the door, and the code for the lockbox in the email didn't work. Looking through the window, we could see the bed had no sheets. The owner was no help: the phone rang once, then cut off. Another group of girls who had booked a room arrived with us and had also been scammed. We spent the day finding somewhere else to stay, and just lost £221 like that. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

I couldn't get into the property when I arrived, and it looked like a run-down multi-occupancy bedsit. The owners kept sending the same reply through booking.com, telling me to call a support number that was disconnected. Whatever you do, avoid this place. It's an utter scam.
