The air conditioning was broken during two days of 30-degree heat. Nobody apologized, and the heat meant very little sleep and moaning children. The hotel advertises air conditioning. The rooms are looking tired, and the bathroom needs a full revamp, which is disappointing given the price. The beds are still big and comfortable. We’re a family of four, and this was our fourth time here. The location is amazing, less than a minute from Tower Hill tube station and down the street from the Tower of London. Breakfast is fantastic, and the pool is perfect for children. Robes and slippers in the room make it easy to walk down to the pool.
