Tower Bridge Road Your Apartment

Great location, but the apartment was really small. Though it seems quite new, everything looks cheap and worn. The sink is tiny, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The pictures on the website are completely inaccurate. The room was so small there wasn’t even space for a suitcase, and there was no air conditioning or air circulation. Laundry sat piled up by the entrance for days. If you have a problem, it’s hard to reach anyone, and they literally take 12 hours to message back. We actually left and booked the Travelodge down the street, even though we’d already paid for this room. It was that bad. Don’t stay here.

The location is the only good thing. For the price, this place is a complete joke, and I’d strongly suggest staying anywhere else. The rooms were far too small for what we paid. The design was nice, but there was barely room to walk, and there was no air conditioning or circulation. Cleaning was below average. I got an infection from the toilet, and I promise I’ll sue them. I called and emailed several times, but nobody replied. They didn’t care about customers, and they never got back to me. There was zero respect and no tolerance for clients. This hotel needs to rethink its standards, staff training, and basic cleanliness. Avoid at all costs.

We paid £515 for three nights, and it wasn’t worth it at all. We had a lovely apartment, but it was in the basement with no natural light. Building work was happening in a room above us from 8am to 5pm, with drilling, hammering, and furniture being moved around. We had to spend the day out to get away from the noise and stress. We’d planned a few quiet days in London, but the stay was quite stressful. Worst of all, the landlords, owners, or management never replied to our email or WhatsApp calls, even after we sent recordings. We’ll never come back. I highly recommend avoiding this accommodation.
