It’s a standard Travelodge that does what it says on the tin. You’re paying for convenience and location rather than hotel quality, and I’d say it’s overpriced.

I was disappointed that rooms aren’t cleaned daily anymore. There was nowhere to dry our towels, so I ended up having to beg for clean ones. They should fit a towel radiator in the bathroom to help dry them.

The room was really clean, but getting around the area was a nightmare. The roads are busy, and the Londoners I encountered seemed to have no time for basic courtesy and were rude.

Marina, the receptionist at travelodge northolt, made my stay. She greeted me with a warm smile when I arrived and made check-in easy. She explained what I needed to know about the hotel, suggested local attractions, and even helped sort out transport. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole visit more enjoyable. She's a real asset to the hotel.
