Free parking was a big plus, and I always found a space. Not having to pay extra for parking in London really drew me to the hotel. It was also very quiet despite being in Croydon. I travel with my dog regularly, so being able to bring her was great, and the staff loved her too. They also went out of their way to let me keep the same room for a few extra nights after my original booking. Housekeeping were lovely and brought extra towels, toilet rolls, and tea and coffee whenever I asked. I’m in the area often, so this is my go-to now. Couldn’t fault it.

The staff were friendly and professional, and housekeeping kept the room spotless each day. They did a really good job and paid attention to the details. I had a great stay last Friday, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and I’d happily stay again. Highly recommended!

The location made it handy for South London and nearby transport, whether travelling for work or leisure. Staff were polite and helpful at check-in and during the visit. The clean, simple room had a comfortable bed and what I needed for a short stay. Some parts could use small updates, but overall it was a comfortable, positive stay at a reasonable price. A reliable affordable base in London.

The room was quiet, clean and well organised, with a comfortable bed and a spotless feel throughout. For London, the price was very reasonable for that level of comfort. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in this price range over the years, and budget places can be hit or miss, but this one was a really positive surprise from the moment I arrived. It felt more like the standards you’d expect at a pricier hotel. I’d choose it again and happily recommend it to anyone after a reliable place to stay in London.

The shower had great pressure and got properly hot, which was a bonus after a cold day. Rooms are standard but clean and fresh. Staff were really friendly, welcoming and efficient. I’d stay again.
