A group of residents have talked about how dysfunctional this building is. I was in the middle of a work call when someone from management turned up at my door without warning or an invitation. They seemed to think we were peers, with no respect for boundaries or any sense of service. The development feels predatory.
The brown carpet and filthy hallways would take more money to make livable than the rent is worth. This is a very poor choice of home. Avoid it.
