We were only there for 5-10 minutes before leaving. The ceiling was coming down, there were holes in the walls, and the place smelled of weed. The sofa was dirty and stained. We hadn't brought bedding and didn't feel safe sleeping there. They supplied earplugs, and after two minutes we understood why, lol.

There was a loud neighbor in the next room playing Netflix shows all night. I knocked several times but got no answer. The place really needs a better clean, and the room could do with fresh paint. On arrival the sheet was dirty, with blood and other bodily fluids. Nasty.

The kitchen was clean and presentable, and the toilet was clean. The bathroom was usable. My room hadn't been cleaned when I arrived, so I stripped the bed and put on clean bedding. I slept well that night. The next night I didn't sleep well because I couldn't close the kitchen window, which opened onto the main landing.

A nice Airbnb on Samuel Street off Frances Street in Woolwich, right by Biddulph House. There are two fully furnished rooms, with a warmer, television, desktop and Wi-Fi. The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, microwave and electric cooker.

These are rental flats, and they aren't especially modern. The property isn't maintained well: the grass is never cut and nobody clears away the trash.
