I was staying in the area for a couple of nights between places, and found the apartment clean, modern, and very functional. It’s small, but the photos make that clear, so check them carefully before booking. There’s plenty of storage, and while the kitchen is fitted into a cupboard, it works well. The bathroom was clean, with toiletries and a hair dryer provided. I’ve taken off a star because I’d have preferred a window with curtains instead of blinds.

We had no problems at all, despite my concern after reading some of the other reviews. The room was small but had everything we needed, and there are lots of good places to eat nearby, plus a great pub next to the tube station. It’s a very good option for the price.

We couldn’t get into the hotel because nobody showed up with our keys. There was no number to call after 8pm, so we had to find another hotel a few miles away.

Avoid this place at all costs. Worst place ever.

The location was a real plus, in a lovely area just minutes from the station and barely 20 minutes from central London. The apartment itself was decent, but the cleaning was disappointing: it was dusty and the dishes hadn’t been washed. You could hear the neighbors easily, and neither the stove nor the Wi-Fi worked. Such a shame, because it could have been much better.
