My daughter and I had plans to go to a concert this weekend, but she became seriously ill and is in intensive care. I gave them and the hotel plenty of notice so they could resell the booking, yet they’re refusing to speak to me or refund me, and are just ignoring my calls and messages. They could have sorted this out and resold it. I’m sickened and disgusted.

The corridors felt quite cramped, especially with a lot of luggage. The rooms themselves are lovely, clean and modern, and well worth the price. It’s close to bus stations and shops, and really good value for money. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The room itself was good value for a hotel. The location also works well if you’re coming and going, since the train station is close by. The washroom needs attention, though: the door lock wasn’t working, and the basin’s shape makes water spill onto the floor when you wash your face, leaving it very slippery.

We can confirm the AC worked, despite what other reviews said, and with the windows closed we didn’t notice outside noise. The kitchen was short on basics, though: no pot, a very old pan, and just one set of cutlery. Can highly recommend.
