The staff were the strongest part of my stay. Yousuf, if I have the name right, made me feel comfortable after a misunderstanding with the owner and a comment that had already soured the experience. I was tired after a long day on an official trip and wanted to leave, but I was too exhausted and just needed to sleep. I’d booked and paid for two days, then moved elsewhere. The room’s heating didn’t work the first night, even after staff tried to fix it, so I had to curl up under the duvet in the November UK winter. The next night he brought me a portable heater, which helped. The stay was just okay overall, though the service deserves 5 stars because of the amazing staff, and the location is good, a few minutes’ walk from the underground station. There’s no signboard or business name on the building, so I got to the street but had to call to find the exact building. There’s an open kitchen for everyone, and no restrictions on coming or going. The nearest underground station is Forest Gate, served by the Elizabeth line.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which really impressed me, and they tried to keep the toilet clean and fresh all the time. My room was quiet and clean, just a four-minute walk from Forest Gate train station. A great stay overall.

We’ve stayed here twice for holidays, most recently for five days with my husband. It was a mind-blowing experience. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, the service is always much appreciated, and it’s really convenient to travel from the hotel. I’d like to thank the two brothers who helped us.

The garden and smoking areas were lovely places to relax, and I really enjoyed the fresh atmosphere and range of delicious breakfast options. The location was fantastic, with thoughtful amenities throughout. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the whole property was kept in perfect condition by the extremely friendly staff. My stay at the BnB was phenomenal, and I left feeling very content and grateful.

Poor service. The host locks the door at night and won’t let guests in. My keys weren’t working, and I have video proof. I tried calling the contact number to report it, but nobody picked up. Avoid at all costs.
