I've booked a studio room with booking.com and after that read the reviews on google and was somewhat paniccing. But the room was in good condition, clean, everything working properly. The room service was as schedualed (providing toiletteries and emptying trash once in two days), all personel very nice and helpful. Having a washing machine was great. All provided equipment worked properly, bed was comfy and the location convinient to get anywhere - with tube and buses close buy. Highly recommended!

Honestly I can't fault this hotel. I got it at a good price for one night to visit Royal Albert Hall. I wasn't expecting great considering the area but it was amazing value for money. The staff on the front desk were lovely and very helpful too. It was a self contained apartment that contained everything you needed for not spending a small fortune in London. I'll definitely be back. Many thanks

Special thank you to John on reception for going above and beyond! My studio was great, it had everything you need and was completely new, good cleaning staff and well maintained building. I stayed on the 7th floor. Fantastic location. Price / quality ratio excellent. The building has a bad rep, but I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed for a month and cannot fault them!
