The rooms are on the tight side, and lots of luggage could make it hard to move around the bedroom. They might have larger rooms, though. What made the stay for me was the staff and service. Everyone was fantastic and nothing seemed like a problem, with Ella and Rakish especially standing out. Lovely hotel, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

The bed was comfortable, the location good, and the staff polite. The problem was that we paid for a premium queen room but got an accessible one. The bathroom adaptations made showering uncomfortable for an able-bodied person, and there was hardly any usable space for our things because the room needs to accommodate wheelchair users. We wouldn’t have chosen this hotel if we’d known beforehand. They couldn’t move us, and being given no choice wasn’t acceptable. Check first.

I could barely open my suitcase anywhere in the room, which was the one real downside. A little more space would make this an amazing place to stay. Everything else was great: the hotel is new and clean, the bathroom and bath products were lovely, and the bed, pillows, and sheets weren’t worn out. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the location is great.

I slept really well, thanks to the sink-in bed, fantastic shower, and no outside noise, even with the window cracked open. The room was outstanding and the hotel was excellent value. As a rewards member, I was welcomed and looked after so well. Breakfast was lovely, and Arshdeep went above and beyond. In the morning, the receptionist arranged a complimentary breakfast after I wasn’t sure whether it was included in my reservation, even though I offered to pay. I’ll definitely stay here again.
