The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the neighborhood is beautiful. The location is fantastic, right by the train station and the hop-on hop-off. The rooms were small, and there were stains on the sheets and floor. There was no WiFi on the lower levels, and there’s no elevator to the 3rd and 4th floors. Still, it was good for the price, nothing fancy but a great place, and I’d go back.

I had a great night's sleep during my one-night stay. The room was clean, with modern facilities and air-conditioning that worked well and made no noise. The man at reception was friendly and helpful. Great value, right next to Paddington Station.

I honestly expected much worse. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. It looks unpretentious from the outside, but the rooms have fancy modern decor and even fancy apothecary shampoos and things. My room was reasonably quiet.

The rooms are small, but that’s just London. The lift was an issue for us. The amazing staff make it easy to overlook, though. Such friendly and lovely people. ❤️

The rooms are small but very clean, and the price is very decent for central London. Great service and a great location.
