The location was the one good thing. The pictures are genuine, but don't give the full impression of the place. Getting suitcases up the stairs was nearly impossible, and the radiators couldn't be used, so there was no heating. The only bedroom had damp and leaks, along with constant noise from the air conditioning, ventilation, or extractor fans, both day and night. In the living room, the Venetian blinds were ripped and wouldn't close. There also wasn't a terrace with city views. Calling this "luxury" has to be a bad joke. I was completely disappointed.
