The room looked clean at first, but moving the bed turned up a huge pile of rubbish underneath: used condoms, dirty plastic cups, tissues, old food, plastic and papers. The shower wasn't working, and the neighbours were really noisy and smoking weed. The window looked out onto a cemetery. Just awful. It may seem great at first glance, but I definitely won't come back. The owner wasn't there; employees manage the place.

I was working locally and stayed for three weeks. The rooms were tidy and clean, and having use of the kitchen and the other facilities was really handy. Communication with the owner was great. I'd recommend staying here and will use it again.

Wembley rooms took £55 to confirm my stay, then withdrew another £55 from my account a week later. The owner, ALEX, hasn't returned my calls or messages. This feels very unprofessional and like a con. I'll be reporting them, and I would never recommend anyone stay here.

The drive into London is straightforward, and communication was excellent. The room was nice and had decent amenities. I'd highly recommend it.

So many things went wrong during my stay. I don't recommend it. That tiny, tiny bathroom still gives me nightmares!
