There isn't a visible sign on the door, and the room could use somewhere to set a suitcase. Still, there's a roomy wardrobe, tea and coffee in the room, and the space was clean, quiet, and simply furnished. The bathroom is modern and the shower was great. The receptionist gave us a friendly welcome and useful information. Amir was especially attentive and very friendly at the bar. A good place to stay overnight in London. Five stars!

Amir was working in the kitchen and bar this evening, and I was really impressed by how he looked after people. He answered other guests' questions quickly and cheerfully, with a big smile, as well as giving me a warm, professional welcome. I enjoyed talking with him and hearing a little about his incredible background. The hot chocolate he made was delicious too. Lots of praise for Amir and the whole Z staff here. I'd stay at this hotel any time I'm in London.

The check-in and the rest of our visit were easy and stress-free, thanks to staff who were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and well looked after. The Z Hotel is right in the heart of the city, so getting around was simple. We had a great stay and would happily come back.

The room was comfortable and well kept, and the hotel has a clean, modern look with tasteful interiors. Getting into central London was especially convenient. Staff were polite and efficient, though a little more warmth would've made the service better. A reliable option for a short visit if location matters most.

On my second visit, we were kindly upgraded from the budget room I'd booked to a suite. The original room had no window, so I really appreciated the change. They also moved our luggage into the room when we arrived before check-in time, which made everything easy. It's very close to Oxford Street and has a great location. Thanks so much. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit London.
