Zedwell Knightsbridge

The reception staff were great, and the stay was good overall. The towels were replaced after the first day, which was appreciated, but nothing else was attended to and the bedding was left as it was. I think the rooms suit younger people. You get what’s described, except they weren’t quiet: we heard noises every morning from about 6, despite the room being advertised as soundproof.

Leela was fantastic from our first hello to the final goodbye. She made everything easy and answered all our questions without any fuss. The location was the best we’ve had in London so far, with an easy walk to almost everything. We’ll definitely be back.

The bed was so comfortable that I could properly recover after long days exploring, and I couldn’t hear any street noise. My room at Zedwell Knightsbridge was clean, minimalist and very well soundproofed. Lila was incredibly helpful and took great care of me during my solo trip to London. I’d highly recommend this spot. I got it for a more than reasonable price. Thanks, and hopefully I’ll see you again soon!

Naveen at reception was polite, kind and very welcoming, and the service was great. The room was okay, but very small for two young women on vacation, with no space for two large suitcases.
