We especially loved watching the glorious sunsets from the balcony, and the jacuzzi bath was a welcome bit of luxury. Little Larnick is in a quiet spot, just a short walk into Looe for its many shops and places to eat. The house had all the practical things we needed, including a smart kitchen and a very responsive cooker that made cooking easy. The beds were comfy and the bedding lovely.

The room was so quiet, and breakfast was a treat. We stayed in the Garden Room at Little Larnick, where Angela and Bernard made us feel right at home. It also worked well as a base for visiting the lost gardens of Heligan and the Eden project. We'd happily stay again.

The owners were fantastic, and the house and its surroundings were beautiful. The view was lovely too. Couldn't have asked for more, it was five stars all the way. Can't wait to return!

I couldn't give the accommodation a higher rating. Outstanding.
