We were made to feel very welcome, and everything was immaculately clean, cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in. Fantastic service, delicious breakfast and a perfect location. The decor is dated, but gives the place a cosy feel. Check out the kitchen tiles, they're spectacular, very 70s orange and brown. We wouldn't stay anywhere else and will be back!

We've been here twice now and love it. The cooked breakfast is spot on, and John is such a friendly, welcoming and helpful host. The B&B has a lovely cosy feel, and our room had a very useful mini fridge. It's only a few minutes' walk from town, and the room is always spotless. We'll definitely be back next year.

We spent four nights here and would definitely consider coming back. The room was nice, clean and tidy, with everything we needed, including a little fridge. Breakfast was good and well cooked. The owner was polite, friendly and nice.

The house is in a lovely location, very close to the beach. The rooms were very clean, and the full English breakfast was really tasty. Both the atmosphere and the owner were very friendly. I'll definitely come back to the same place!

The room looked a little dated, but it had what I needed: tea and coffee, a mini fridge, and even a small ensuite shower. The beds were hard, which suits me, so I slept like a baby. Breakfast was great, and John's fried bread was yummy 😀 He couldn't do enough for me. The place is well located for the river and shops.
